The ingredient of Chicken Larb

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 lemongrass stalk finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger freshly grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 fresh red chillies sliced
  • 1 small red onion finely sliced
  • 1 2 cup coriander coarsely chopped
  • 1 2 cup mint coarsely chopped
  • 1 2 cup fried shallots to garnish
  • 1 4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 1 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

The Instruction of chicken larb

  • heat non stick fry pan with oil over medium high heat fry chicken mince and break up wooden spoon so it doesnt got into large clumps
  • when chicken is partly browned add ginger garlic and lemongrass and stir to combine when mince is completely browned remove from heat remove chicken mince with slotted spoon so you dont get all the juices and put in serving bowl add all remaining ingredients except fried shallots to chicken mince
  • prepare dressing by combining fish sauce lime juice and sugar stir well pour dressing over chicken and garnish with fried shallots
